Lightning Mechanical is not your typical heating and air conditioning company. We are experts in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and ductwork headquartered in Maplewood, New Jersey.
Founded in 2005 by Craig Gallagher, a master HVAC contractor, we provide expertise and the highest quality service from our factory-trained technicians and engineering teams. Most of our jobs come directly through word-of-mouth and referrals, but that hasn't stopped us from being a part of major turn-key projects as far away as Philadelphia.
Lightning Mechanical LLC also includes the Lightning Service Group, which serves Albany and the Boston area.

To ensure optimal performance of your unit, we offer custom-branded agreements that include all factory accessories for a low monthly fee. These agreements also include a mandated twice-yearly service visit to address potential problems before they become emergencies.
We can also offer flexible financing plans for larger projects or unexpected costs. We make the process easy and affordable so clients won't have to strain their budgets to keep equipment running at its best.
